Charli XCX Europe Tour 2027: Dates and Cities

Charli XCX Brings Her 'Music, Fashion, Film' Tour to Europe With Just Six Cities

Eva Contreras 02 November 2026

In September 2026, Charli XCX announced the UK and European leg of her tour 'Music, Fashion, Film', with seven arena shows scheduled for February 2027.

While there was certainly excitement for the new shows, there was also frustration among some followers who were maybe expecting a more extensive set of concerts.

Charli made a candid public statement and the controversy has seemingly calmed down, but the disagreement highlighted a topic that is not talked about as much as it should be: the pressure felt by the artist to fulfil fans' expectations despite emotional health limits.

'Music, Fashion, Film' comes to Europe in 2027

The Music, Fashion, Film tour is built around Charli's latest studio album, which reached number one in the UK. Both the tour and the album showcase Charli's talent for combining rock energy and electronic atmosphere, all inside a unique aesthetic.

The European leg of the tour comprises seven concerts (the original announcement was six, but a second London show had to be added after strong demand) in six cities, starting on 13 February and finishing on 24 February.  The lucky six are Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, London, Amsterdam and Paris.

The tour is compact, but the scale is big, as the venues are all spectacular arenas capable of hosting ambitious productions. If the European run is anything like the North American leg of the tour, which extended through September and October 2026, we can expect a lot of visual stimuli and theatrical performance around the album's themes.

A review by The Guardian described one of the US concerts as "a full-volume tribute to pop's euphoric potential for obliteration that substantiated the album's most potent themes (the fragility of self, egoism, mortality), a thesis statement of artistic evolution that seamlessly integrated her past and present". In plain words: A show that exposes just how overwhelming pop life can be.

Audrey Hobert has been announced as the opening artist for every one of the Music, Fashion, Film Tour shows in February 2027. Both pop artists have complementary, yet distinct approaches to music and style, so the contrast may be interesting, at the very least.

Charli addresses fans' frustration over limited dates

In a social media post, Charli addressed frustration among some fans over the limited number of dates. She said that touring is "emotionally and physically hard" for her, adding that she has to honor her truth as an artist.

Charli wrote that she feels a lot of respect for artists who can handle touring at an "intense, lengthy and high octane level", but she is not one of them. She apologised warmly to fans for letting them down, and added "perhaps one day I will be built for the kind of touring you expect from me".

In an interview with Pitchfork in August, she also said that the "stamina" required for long tours, and the "monotony" of performing the same show night after night, aren't things she personally wants from touring. Her exact words were that it "doesn't feel alive enough for me".

Some fans were complaining on Reddit and Instagram that, given the limited options, seeing her perform will be more expensive as they need to pay for travel costs and arrange accommodation, not to mention the stress of securing Charli XCX tickets for the coveted shows.

Rumour: Charli XCX at Mad Cool festival in July 2027

Now, I don't want to add to speculation, but I thought it was fair enough to share a rumour that has been going around in fan circles for some weeks, and leave it to you to investigate further and / or wait for an official announcement.

According to dod Magazine, a rumour began to spread that Charli would perform at Madrid's festival Mad Cool after a leaked line-up was shared on Reddit, showing her performance reportedly scheduled for July 9, 2027. A number of other accounts have shared similar leaks since.

The veracity of this information hasn't been confirmed yet, but it's worth following! Mad Cool is a big festival in Spain that tends to book artists across pop, rock and electronic. Somehow Charli XCX feels like the intersection of all three.
