Who is supporting Westlife on their tour?

Emerging singer-songwriter Ana Sky has been announced as the direct support for Westlife's upcoming 25th Anniversary UK & European Tour. Kicking off September 29 in Aberdeen, the arena run will take Ana across the UK and Europe with stops including London's O2 Arena, Manchester's Co-op Live, Glasgow, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Cologne and Zurich.

Ana has been one of 2026's breakout stars and there's no doubt that her stint with Westlife will elevate her fandom even further. The UK & European Westlife tour will be the one of the biggest stages that Ana has performed on and will be an opportunity to showcase songs such as 'Bad Guys' from her debut EP, 'Prologue', that she released earlier this summer.

Fast garnering a reputation for her cinematic pop sound and emotionally honest songwriting, Ana has been steadily building her international live presence, previously supporting Jesse McCartney on his U.S. Weightless Tour and most recently touring the UK and Europe with Leah Kate.

However, as an extra special treat Westlife fans who watched their heroes in Dublin at the Irish band'srecord-breaking 25th anniversary residency at Dublin's 3Arena,had a plethora of support acts to enjoy which included an all-Irish lineup of homegrown talent to kick off their celebrations.

The Dublin line up included the up-and-coming all-female folk collective BIIRD, Irish rockers Aslan who served up their iconic anthems and rising singer-songwriter Paddy Keyes to add to the showcase of modern Irish music one  of Ireland's most memorable stages.

What can fans expect from Westlife live?

Fans can expect a massive night of music, energy and plenty of memories. There'll be all the classic Westlife songs everyone knows and loves, big vocals, incredible harmonies and, of course, lots of moments where the whole crowd can sing along.

There's no doubt that all the Westlife fans are sure to be leaving the 25 year anniversary shows with a huge smile on their face, having danced, laughed, maybe shed a tear or two, and hopefully feeling like they've been part of something really special.

Why Westlife still matter more than 25 years after their debut

Twenty five years on from their debut, Westlife are still here, and more importantly, people still care. Few pop groups have managed to hold on to such a loyal audience for so long, but Westlife have always had something that goes beyond chart numbers.

Their songs became part of people's lives, whether it was hearing Flying Without Wings for the first time, slow dancing to You Raise Me Up or singing along to My Love with friends.

For the loyal fans who grew up with them, their music brings back a very specific time, while for younger listeners, the songs have become classics in their own right. That is the real reason Westlife still absolutely matter.

They have never tried to be something they are not. They know what their fans want, they understand the emotional connection people have with their music, and after more than two decades, that connection is still as strong as ever.
