What should I do if I see an unauthorized charge or think someone accessed my account?
If you notice an order on your card that you didn't place, or you believe your account was accessed without your permission, contact us. We also recommend changing your password right away as a precaution. See Changing your password and password requirements.
Password change requests:
Seatpin has not had any attacks that resulted in stolen passwords. If there is ever a data breach, we'll contact you directly and ask you to change your password. That does not mean your Seatpin account was breached or hacked.
