For some events, you need to send your ticket details to the seller so they can update the system with the correct information for you and your guests. This can include Name, Date of Birth, Email, Nationality, and other required details.

You can add these details at checkout or after placing your order, as long as it is done within a reasonable time before the event. We'll let you know when it is time to update the ticket holder details. To add them after purchase, go to My Tickets => +Add info on ticket holder(s). After you click the "+", you can enter the details for your guest(s). Your seller can then Approve the Information provided. Once it has been approved, you can no longer update the details, so make sure everything is accurate before you submit it.
