How do I download and use PKPASS tickets?

You can download PKPASS tickets from your Seatpin account and add them to your phone wallet.

Download your tickets

  1. Log in to your Seatpin account.
  2. Go to "Tickets."
  3. Find the order you need and click "Download Tickets" to download the PKPASS file.

Add tickets on iOS

  1. Open the downloaded PKPASS file.
  2. The Wallet app will recognise the file automatically.
  3. Tap "Add" in the top right corner to save the ticket to your Apple Wallet.

Add tickets on Android

  1. Open the downloaded PKPASS file.
  2. Choose Google Wallet to open it.
  3. The app will open the file on the "Add Pass" screen and show a preview of the digital pass.
  4. Select "Continue" and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. The pass will then be added to Google Wallet.

Device compatibility

PKPASS tickets work on both iOS and Android devices. iOS users can add them directly to Apple Wallet. Android users can use Google Wallet or any third-party app to store their tickets.
