How do I download my e-tickets?
For electronic tickets, you can check the delivery status under "Tickets". Before delivery, the status will show "Waiting for delivery". Once the seller uploads the tickets to Seatpin, you'll get an email and the status will change to "Tickets has been sent". Then click the button in the tickets section in the profile. You can choose where to save them, or they will go straight to your "Downloads" folder. Then you're ready to go.
