My tickets haven't arrived, what should I do?

Electronic and mobile tickets are often delivered close to the event date. For some events, tickets may only become available to sellers on the day of the event, depending on the event organizer, venue, club, or official ticketing system.

If your tickets haven't arrived by the latest delivery date, start by checking the delivery status in your Seatpin account.

  1. Go to “Tickets” in your Seatpin account to see the current delivery status, seller updates, transfer details, and any delivery instructions.
  2. If the latest delivery date has not passed yet, there is usually no need to worry. Many electronic and mobile tickets are delivered on the event day, sometimes only a few hours before the event starts.
  3. If the latest delivery date has passed and your tickets still haven’t been delivered, you can contact the seller through your Seatpin account. If you can’t reach the seller, or the outcome isn’t satisfactory, you can open a claim from the “Tickets” section.

When you submit a claim, Seatpin will automatically hold the seller’s payout and review the case. We’ll check the available information, including your messages with the seller, transfer screenshots, email delivery proof, mobile ticket transfer status, and any other proof provided.

If your tickets still don’t arrive, Seatpin will review the options available:

  • Replacement. When possible, we’ll try to find replacement tickets similar to the ones you originally bought. Seatpin will cover any price difference.
  • Vouchers. In some cases, we may offer vouchers as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused by late delivery.
  • Refund. If a replacement isn’t available and the tickets are not delivered before the event start time, a refund may be issued after investigation.

The latest delivery date passing does not automatically mean a refund. For electronic and mobile tickets, delivery may sometimes happen close to the event because the tickets may only be released by the event organizer, venue, club, or official ticketing system shortly before the event.

However, if the tickets are not delivered before the event start time and the buyer is unable to attend the event as a result, Seatpin will review the case. If no valid replacement or alternative solution was provided in time, a refund may be issued after investigation.

If a refund is issued after our investigation, you may be asked to confirm that the tickets have not been received, accepted, used, transferred, or resold. In some cases, Seatpin may ask you to sign a legally binding agreement confirming that the tickets will not be used by the buyer or anyone connected to the buyer.
