Your order is covered by the PinSafe program, so you can get your money back. We'll issue a 100% refund if:

1. You did not receive the tickets on time.
2. The tickets were not the ones you ordered.
3. The tickets were invalid and did not allow entry to the event.
4. The event was cancelled and not rescheduled.
