Frequently Asked Questions
Buying tickets
Will my tickets be together?
Yes. Tickets bought in the same Seatpin order are placed together, side by side. For example, if you buy 4 tickets in a single transaction for the same show or match, those 4 seats will be next to each other, regardless of the purchase option.
For some European sporting events, seating is only guaranteed in pairs. If you order more than 2 tickets for one of these events, we’ll do our best to seat everyone together, but some people may be separated. If this applies to the event you’re buying for, you’ll be told during the booking process.
Some listings may also be marked as single tickets. This will be clearly shown on the listing and on the cart page before you complete your purchase. When a listing is marked as single tickets, the seats are not guaranteed to be next to each other. For example, if you buy 2 tickets in the same category, you may receive two separate single seats within that category. If a specific block is shown, the tickets may be two separate single seats within that same block.
