Frequently Asked Questions

You can sell these tickets on Seatpin in a few steps:

1. Select the event you want to sell tickets for.
2. Add the ticket details and price information.
3. Create the offering.

Our team will review it within 24 hours at most and publish it on Seatpin.

We currently have restrictions on events taking place in France. We do allow the sale and purchase of tickets outside France from Sellers who confirm they are allowed to resell their tickets. This can apply for several reasons, especially in cross-border transactions and where there are several right owners and partners.

You'll need to upload the order confirmation from the organizer. You'll also need to assist with changing names or guest names for your application to the buyer's details. We'll share more about this later and give you all the information you need. The process is simple.
