Can I cancel my tickets for an event or match?
Usually, no. For most concerts and sports events worldwide, tickets can't be cancelled unless the event does not take place or is held behind closed doors with no public attendance.
Tickets sold on Seatpin follow the same rule. We can't cancel a reservation, change a reservation made in a customer's name, or refund the purchase.
