Can I still use damaged tickets?
If the barcode is intact and the ticket is still legible, it should still work at the event.
Electronic (PDF) tickets: Go to Tickets to download and print them again. Paper tickets: Contact us and we'll try to help.
If your tickets were damaged after they were delivered, they aren't covered by the PinSafe Guarantee. If tickets are still available, you can buy another on Seatpin.
