Why my ticket details or price don’t match my order?

Because tickets on Seatpin are sold by individual resellers, some details printed on the ticket, like the name or price, may be different from your order details.

If someone else's name is on your ticket: For some events, Seatpin tickets keep the original buyer's name. That's still fine for entry. If the event requires a Tessera del Tifoso or Passo Taraftar Card, the name on the card must match the attendee.

If your tickets show different seat numbers or a different section: General Admission tickets with seat numbers: Some venues add seat numbers to GA tickets for inventory purposes. Your ticket will not have an assigned seat. Seats in a different row or section: If the seats you received are better than the ones you bought, you were likely upgraded. If you believe the seats are a downgrade, contact our customer support team.

If your tickets include a seat disclosure: A disclosure is a condition or limitation on a ticket that could affect the ticket holder's experience. Only details printed on the ticket count as disclosures, and sellers must include them in their listings. If your tickets include a disclosure that does not appear in your order confirmation email or your order details, contact our customer service team.

If your tickets are for a different event date: Check the event website to see if the show has been postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. Review your order details to make sure you bought the correct date. If you purchased the wrong tickets, you can resell them on Seatpin. If the event date is still incorrect, contact our customer service team.

If the price printed on the ticket is different from what you paid: The printed amount is the face value. On Seatpin, sellers set their own prices, so tickets may be listed for more or less than the original amount.
