If an event is canceled, you'll receive a full refund for the amount you paid for the tickets. If your event has been canceled, please contact us and we'll help.

Refunds are not always issued immediately after a cancellation because they are processed by international suppliers. You'll receive your refund once Seatpin has received the corresponding amount from the organizer of the canceled event.

If the cancellation is due to force majeure and is not directly attributable to Seatpin, Seatpin reserves the right not to refund the management fees and extra costs shown at the time of purchase.
