Why haven't I received my refund yet?
If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your card statement, not as a separate deposit in your bank account. You'll see the refunded amount reduce the total your bank charges on your monthly statement. If you paid by debit card, the refund will appear directly in the transaction summary for your bank account. How long this takes depends on your bank or the entity that issued the card. For more details, contact your bank or issuing entity directly.
