Follow these tips to get into the stadium without problems and enjoy the match.

Before you arrive at the stadium:

• Have your ticket ready on your phone. Open the digital ticket before you get there, set your screen brightness to maximum, and turn off auto-rotate so the QR code scans properly.
• Check the gate or turnstile shown on your ticket. You must use the exact entry point listed. If you go to a different gate, the ticket will be invalid.
• Plan to arrive 30 to 40 minutes before kick-off. That gives you time for security checks and to find your seat without rushing.

When you get to the stadium:

• Scan your ticket at the turnstile. Make sure the code is clear and undamaged. If you are showing it on your phone, keep the screen fully visible.
• The name on the ticket does not matter.
• If your seats are in the home section, be discreet if you support the visiting team. Clubs apply strict segregation rules. If you are seen supporting the other side, you could be refused entry or removed from the stadium.

After the match:

• Delete the tickets from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet once the event has ended.
