Frequently Asked Questions
Receiving tickets
What do the delivery status updates on my order mean?
When you buy tickets on Seatpin, you'll see an estimated ticket arrival date in your order confirmation email and in your Seatpin account. To check your order, go to Orders. If there is still a wait, your status will show "Tickets on time." When your order is available, it will show "Tickets ready."
If you have mobile transfer tickets and your status is:
Tickets on time: Your purchase is complete and the seller has been notified that the tickets sold.
Tickets ready: The seller has started the mobile ticket transfer, and you'll get an email from Seatpin plus a second email from the original ticket vendor with a link to accept your tickets.
If you have E-tickets (PDF tickets) and your status is:
Tickets on time: Your tickets will be ready to print by the estimated arrival date.
Tickets ready: Select "Get tickets" to view and print them.
If you have mobile tickets (not mobile transfer tickets) and your status is:
Tickets on time: Your tickets will be ready to scan on your phone by the estimated arrival date.
Tickets ready: You can scan the tickets in the Seatpin app or download them to your mobile wallet.
