Frequently Asked Questions

Your tickets can arrive in different formats, depending on the provider and the event type, including PDF, Digital platform / Mobile tickets, or QR code. Check your ticket carefully and read your purchase confirmation email to confirm which type you have and whether you need to print it.

Digital platform / Mobile tickets:

These tickets must be shown on a mobile device. You can't print them, and you'll need to present them on your phone at the venue entrance. You'll need internet access to download the tickets. In most cases, you'll also need to create an account or download a mobile app to receive and view them. We'll email you instructions for downloading the tickets to your mobile device, so read that message carefully.

NFC Tickets:

Some tickets do not show a barcode because they use NFC and must be scanned with a compatible device at the entrance. On some platforms, the barcode is only shown on the day of the event.

PDF tickets:

In some cases, we'll send you a PDF file by email. You may need to print it to enter the event, or show it on your phone.
