Frequently Asked Questions
Receiving tickets
Will my paper ticket order include hard copy tickets?
If you buy paper tickets, we only guarantee hard copy tickets when the listing says 'Traditional hard tickets.' Some sellers may send printed PDF ticket copies instead.
