Do I need to update the status after shipping paper tickets?
If you used the prepaid FedEx label to ship the tickets, you don't need to update anything. The order status will change automatically once FedEx scans the package. We'll also get a notice when the shipment is marked delivered. Your payment will be processed within 8 business days after the event.
