What rules apply if I deliver tickets at a Collection Point (Pick Up Point)?

If you choose Collection Point (Pick Up Point) delivery, you are fully responsible for completing the handover.

Follow these rules:

  1. Inform the buyer in advance with the full Collection Point details, including the date, time, location, contact mobile number, and any other relevant details.
  2. Get the buyer's confirmation in advance that they received all Collection Point details and that they plan to arrive.
  3. At the Collection Point, verify the buyer's ID and ask them to sign as proof of delivery and acceptance of the tickets.

If the buyer does not show up for any reason, you will not be paid for the order. We recommend avoiding Collection Point delivery and using the other delivery options instead.
