Who is responsible for delivery if the buyer resells the tickets?
If the seller has not sent the tickets to the original buyer yet, the seller is responsible for delivering the tickets to the new buyer. The seller will receive an email confirmation that the tickets were sold to a new buyer. The seller can also find the delivery details in their account under My Sales, inside the new order created for the new buyer. If the seller has already sent the tickets to the original buyer, the original buyer is responsible for delivering the tickets to the new buyer.
