Selling tickets
Can I cancel a sale after my ticket sells?
No. Once a ticket has been sold, the sale can't be cancelled.
This protects both sides, your right to use your own ticket up to the point of sale, and the buyer's right to make a safe purchase. Once you post a listing and a buyer accepts the price and terms and conditions by purchasing the ticket, you can no longer withdraw your offer.
If you list the same tickets on other platforms, you accept the risk of selling them twice. We strongly recommend that you do not offer tickets on other channels while they are listed on Seatpin.
