How can I edit my Listing?

You can edit most parts of your Listing from the listings page, and you do not need to open the detailed view for every change.

Start by setting your default filters. The system view includes Active, Unapproved, Paused, and Suspended listings. You can also filter by Event Name. Other filters let you narrow results by ticket possession, tickets reserved by buyers, price range, delivery dates, and delivery methods. On the right, you can search by Listing ID, Section, or Row, and sort the list the way you want.

To make quick changes, select one Listing or bulk select multiple listings that are Active, Unapproved, Paused, or Suspended. You can set them to the lowest available price on the platform, enter a new price, increase or decrease the price by a percentage, and turn 24-hour delivery on or off. If you only need to manage one Listing, use the quick buttons on the right to change the price or clone your Listing.

For other edits, click the arrow to open the detailed view. From there, you can pause, unpause, delete, and clone your Listing. You can change the number of tickets only in an adjacent order. You can also update Maximum Quantity to Display and Split Type. All activated listings are visible to everyone visiting Seatpin unless Direct Link is turned on. Price and negotiability can be edited here as well.

Depending on the ticket type and the event date, you can add or remove delivery methods, change shipping prices, or edit the estimated delivery time.

Cloning your Listing is the fastest way to put more tickets for the same event on sale. It works like creating a new Listing, but everything is on one page and the main details are already filled in. You can change the Category, Seat Allocation, Ticket Quantity, Concessions, Fan Section, and Price. You must upload Proof of Possession as well. Check the pricing carefully. The Selling Price comes first, and the Original one comes second. Click on "Clone" and wait for your Listing to be checked by our team.
