Frequently Asked Questions

To list tickets on Seatpin, go to the Seatpin website and click "Sell your tickets". Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to a page where you can enter the details of the tickets you want to sell.

1. Enter the event name and choose one of the suggested options. You can also choose from popular events if they are available. If you can't find the event, click "Add a new one" to create it yourself, or contact support for help.
2. Add the ticket category.
3. Select the type of ticket you are selling, Mobile, electronic or paper tickets.
4. Enter how many tickets you have for sale and indicate whether you are in possession of them or not. For some events, the actual tickets are issued later. If you do not have the actual tickets yet, you must provide your order or booking confirmation from the event organizer.
5. We recommend uploading the booking confirmation even if you already have the tickets, because the tickets do not always show all necessary information. 
6. If you are selling multiple tickets, indicate how you want them to be sold.
7. Enter the section or block, row, and seat numbers.
8. Add any other necessary information in the note section. If there are restrictions, or the tickets are limited to specific fans, make sure you mention that to avoid chargebacks for incorrect advertising.
9. Upload your details, ID document, and proof of address to continue selling on the platform.
10. Create your Listing and wait for approval.

If you haven't received an email confirming that your Listing was approved or rejected, your Listing is still unapproved. Approval can take up to 24 hours. Always read the reviewer's note in the Listing confirmation email. If your Listing is rejected, the reason will be included there. The most common reasons are related to ticket possession and missing or unclear information on the booking confirmation or ticket.

We hold the buyer's money until after the event for protection. Your seller payment is started after successful delivery and after we have confirmed that everything went well. There are no fees for sellers.
