Selling tickets

How do I deactivate, reactivate, or delete my listing?

You can edit, deactivate, or delete your listing any time before your tickets sell. Once they sell, you must fulfill the order under our Seller Policies, or you'll be charged the cost of the buyer's replacement tickets or refund.

Deactivate vs. delete

Deactivating removes your listing from the marketplace, so buyers can no longer purchase those tickets. The listing stays in your account if you want to activate it again later.

Deleting removes the listing from Seatpin permanently.

If you listed tickets on Seatpin and want to use them yourself instead, delete the listing. The listing need to be deleted before they'll work on your device.

To deactivate, delete, or activate a listing:

  1. Go to Listings and find the listing.
  2. Select "See actions".
  3. Select "Deactivate", "Delete", or "Activate".

To activate a deactivated listing:

  1. Go to Listings.
  2. Filter by "Status" and select "Deactivated" to find the listing.
  3. In the listing details, select "See actions", then "Activate".
