How do I pause or remove a listing?
You can pause a listing from your account, or delete it permanently before it sells.
To pause a listing:
- Go to your profile.
- Open Listings.
- Select the listing you want to put on hold.
- Click the switch under Status.
The listing will be paused right away, and the Status will change to "paused". You can reactivate it the same way. This is useful if you want to prevent a sale while you double-check or edit details like the price, quantity of tickets, or delivery options.
To delete a listing:
- Expand the listing by clicking the arrow on the far right.
- A new window will open.
- Click "Delete Listing".
This permanently deletes the listing and it can't be reactivated. You can only do this before a sale has happened. If you notice anything unusual on your Listing after a sale, contact us immediately.
