Frequently Asked Questions

You can list tickets on Seatpin for free.

1. Select "Sell" from the home page or an event page.
2. Log in to your Seatpin account, or create one.
3. Find the event and choose the date.
4. Follow the steps.
5. If you're not sure what type of tickets you have, review Listing tickets on Seatpin and different ways to deliver them so you pick the right one.
6. Add a valid credit card. We require this to help keep users safe.
7. Choose how you want to get paid if the tickets sell. If you select bank transfer, review Setting up bank transfer below.
8. Select "Create Listing."

Once your listing is live, we'll send you a confirmation email.

Setting up bank transfer

After you list your tickets, select Settings. On the Seatpin app, tap the first drop-down menu to find it.

1. The "Payment" tab opens automatically.
2. Under "Payment options for selling tickets," choose "Add New Payment Method."
3. Select "Bank transfer."
4. Follow the steps to set up an IBAN account to receive payments.
5. Select the 3 dots next to the payment method you added, then choose "Set as default."
6. You'll see the 'Default' button.
