How does mobile link delivery work?

A mobile link is a digital delivery option. You'll receive a link that opens your tickets.

Steps:

  1. You'll get an email notification once the seller marks the tickets as delivered. If the seller has already uploaded the ticket links to Seatpin, you'll be able to access them in your account right away.
  2. Open the link. It will take you to a mobile-friendly ticket page where you'll need to accept the tickets.
  3. Show the digital ticket at the venue for scanning.

Different organizers use different apps for mobile ticket delivery, so the process may look slightly different.

When should I expect to receive my tickets?

  • Electronic Tickets: These are usually delivered close to the event date, depending on when the seller receives them from the event organizer.
  • Mobile Links or Transfers: These are usually available immediately after purchase or shortly before the event. Check your email regularly for updates.

If your tickets haven't been delivered within the expected timeframe (Latest Delivery Date), contact customer support for assistance.

Are mobile links and transfers secure?

Yes, both methods are secure:

  • Mobile Links: These give you direct access to your tickets without needing a download.
  • Transfers: These make sure tickets are sent only to the intended recipient through the official ticketing platform.
