What are ticket holder details for sellers?
For some events, you may need to update the ticket with your buyer's details, such as Name, Date of Birth, Email, and Nationality. We collect this information from the buyer either at checkout or within a time frame before the event. You can view it in Listings (Sold) > Manage. To confirm the details for the ticket holder, press Approve Info. After that, the buyer can no longer edit their details. Only approve the details shortly before you issue the ticket(s).
