What should I do if my seat numbers changed after I listed or sold tickets?
If you have an active listing and the venue changed your seat numbers, delete the listing and post it again with the new details.
If you already sold the tickets and the venue changed your seat numbers, you need to tell the buyer that you can't deliver the original seats.
- Go to Sales.
- Find the sale that has new info.
- Select 'Make changes' and follow the steps.
