What ticket disclosures do I need to include in my listing?
Ticket disclosures are details a buyer needs to know before purchase. If the tickets you're selling on Seatpin include any disclosures, you must add them to your listing.
Disclosures may include:
- Limited or Restricted view
- Alcohol-free seating
- ADA/wheelchair-accessible seating
- 16+ section
- 12+ section
- 18+ section
- 21+ section
- Standing Only
- Aisle Seats
If you don't show the buyer these details before they buy the tickets, Seatpin has the right to cancel the order.
