Seatpin supports all event ticket types, both physical and digital.

You can sell paper tickets, e-tickets, and m-tickets. E-tickets are uploaded to the Seatpin platform and sent to the buyer automatically after the purchase. Mobile Tickets are also digital tickets. They must be transferred through the official organizer app, usually using the buyer's email. Make sure you keep a screenshot of the transfer.

Paper Tickets need physical delivery. The seller arranges this, either by meeting the buyer in person in the city where the event takes place, or by sending the tickets by national or international post with tracking. You can use any delivery company in your country. Add the tracking code to our system, and we'll update the buyer automatically with the delivery status.

If you're listing season cards, you must use the delivery method pick up.
