Selling tickets
Why does my mobile ticket listing say 'In hand'?
It means you already have the tickets and can deliver them if they sell, even if they are mobile tickets.
When you list tickets on Seatpin, you tell us if you have the tickets now or if you'll get them later. Tickets can be mobile tickets, PDF files, or hard copy tickets. 'In hand' means you have the tickets and can deliver them if they sell. 'Not in hand' means you haven't received them from the original ticketing company yet.
To check your listing details:
- Go to Listings (on the Seatpin app, tap the first drop-down menu to see it).
- Find your listing to see the listing details.
