Your listing is usually live on Seatpin and ready for someone to buy as soon as you publish it. If it's pending, we may need a little more information before it can go live.

If you uploaded a PDF, there may be an issue with the file and we may need to review it. Make sure you uploaded the correct file for the correct event. Check the listing in Listings. Review your active listings too, in case you listed the tickets more than once. If the information is correct, we'll review your listing within 24 hours. You don't need to do anything.

To see your pending listings, go to Listings and select the "Pending" tab.
